Add your product to your cart and click through to checkout.
Enter your contact details and address.
Order before 1 pm for same day pick up.
Proceed to Pickup/Shipping and select Pickup in Store as your shipping method.
Choose your closest store and proceed to payment.
Fill out your payment details and wait for your order confirmation.
Once your order is ready to collect,
you will receive a
Ready To Collect email.
When collecting your order please bring a valid photo ID such as drivers licence or passport as well as your Order Number and Ready To Collect email, either on your device or printed.
We endeavour to fulfill click and collect orders placed before 1 pm for same day pick up.
If a Click & Collect order is not collected within 1 week of placing the order, the order will be cancelled and the return process will be as per our Returns Policy.
This will be communicated via email to the email address provided for the order.
In the unfortunate event that your selected store is unable to fulfill the order, you will be contacted by our customer service team to provide alternative options.
