Treat your Jo Mercer Gift Card as cash. Gift Cards are unable to be refunded or replaced if the card is lost or stolen, for change of mind or damaged.

Jo Mercer Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used on our New Zealand website.

The funds available on your Jo Mercer Gift Card can be verified on request or at the time of purchase at any Jo Mercer register. Any balance that remains on the gift card can be used in whole or part against any future purchases in Jo Mercer stores, no change will be given.

If your order total exceeds the amount on your Jo Mercer Gift Card you must pay the difference with a different payment method.

Jo Mercer Gift Cards expire 3 years after purchase, any remaining balance will not be available for use after the expiry date.

Once your Jo Mercer Gift Card has reached a nil balance it is unable to be re-activated.

Amounts on the Jo Mercer Gift Card range between $50 - $1000.

Jo Mercer Gift Cards may not be used for promotional use. They may be purchased as personal or business gifts but not used for the purpose of marketing, advertising or other promotional activities.
